It is always good to be grateful and to think of the positive things in our lives.
This week’s challenge is to make a THANKYOU card or poster.
It could be:
- a card for someone who helps you everyday
- a card to say thank you for being a good friend
- a poster to put in the window to thank the people who are working hard at the moment (the NHS, refuse collectors, postal service, milkman etc.)
It makes us feel good to be thankful and you will hopefully make someone else smile by saying, “Thanks”.

Design 6 1 minute exercises
Think of an exercise:
- What resources do you need?
- Do you need to be indoor or outdoor?
- Is this alone or with a partner?
- Will you be able to do this many times within a minute?
- How many times can you do this in a minute?
- What sort of timer do you want to use?
- What happens to your body after exercising?
- What happens after I minute, 5 minutes, 10 minutes?
- Do all the exercises have the same effect on your body?
